Functions

The primary functions of Code Enforcement are:

• To educate the public in code issues
• To work with the citizens of our community

We are committed to professional code enforcement that is responsive to our citizens.The Town's Code Enforcement Office (CSO) works to enforce municipal regulations through both self-initiated activity and citizen complaints. More information on each of these violation types can be located by referring to the Town of Lochbuie Municipal Code. 

Complaints

Code Enforcement's workload is principally complaint-generated. The Town receives a substantial number of complaints each year concerning alleged violations of the Municipal Code.

Each one is investigated to determine whether a violation exists. You may file a complaint with the Town of Lochbuie Code Enforcement by contacting us in person at the Police Department or by calling (303)659-1395.
