The Planner III position performs the most highly skilled professional planning and development work and assists the Community Development Director in the following general capacities:
- Provide information and assistance to citizens, developers, and contractors regarding development codes, entitlement processes, procedures, permit requirements, and information.
- Coordinating and participating in the review of land-use applications.
- Assisting with the research and development of short- and long-term strategies and policies to help ensure that the Town of Lochbuie grows intelligently and sustainably.
- Providing staff support to boards, committees, and commissions as needed.
PAY RANGE: $80,170 - $112,238 HIRING RANGE: $80,170 – $96,204
