Utility Services
The Town of Lochbuie provides water, sewer, and trash services to all Lochbuie residents.

Title Companies
To request a status on a property, please fill out the Status Request form below and email it to utilities [at] lochbuie.org (utilities[at]lochbuie[dot]org). No verbal status' will be given. All status requests must be in writing.
Customer Billing
Residential and commercial customers are billed for service monthly for water, sewer, and trash use.
Payment is due on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a day outside of normal business hours, the due date is moved to the following business day. If an account is carrying an unpaid balance, current charges will be added to the unpaid amount. Accounts not paid on or before the due date will be deemed delinquent and charged a penalty. If payment is not received by the following shut-off day (normally the first Wednesday of the month) by 7 a.m., water services will be disconnected and will not be restored until the account is paid in full.
Water billing is determined by consumption. These rates are effective February 1, 2026:
Level 1: <10,000 $5.24 per thousand gallons
Level 2: Additional usage over 10,000 $7.08 per thousand gallons
Level 3: Additional usage over 20,000 gallons $8.91 per thousand gallons
Sewer billing is determined by average monthly water consumption in January, February, and March. Each year the rates are re-calculated and effective April 1. The base rate is $15.12 in addition to $4.78 per thousand gallons. The Town's average is 4000 gallons.
Trash billing is determined quantity of trash cans.
Customer Payments
Customers may pay for services in one of the following manners:
Online Bill Pay - One-time online payments can be made by visiting Xpress Bill Pay using Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and electronic checks. No additional fees apply.
Auto Pay - Payments can be automatically deducted from your checking and savings account or charged to your credit card by enrolling in AutoPay. Please visit Xpress Bill Pay. No additional fees apply
Mail - Customers may send checks or money order payments by mail using the return envelope provided with their bill. If an envelope is not included with the bill, please remit payment to the following address: Town of Lochbuie, 703 Weld County Road 37, Lochbuie, CO 80603.
In Person - Payments can be made in person using cash, check, or credit and debit cards at the Town Hall located at the address above.
Over the phone – Payment can be made over the phone by calling Xpress Bill Pay at 1-877-215-5341 (se habla Espanol) or Town Hall at 303-655-9308.
Drop Box – A drop box with twenty-four (24) hour accessibility is available for your convenience at the Town Hall.
