Land Use Applications

The Town of Lochbuie processes all Land Use applications electronically through the SharePoint platform. Submittal instructions are included on each application form.

Pre-Applications

Most Land Use Applications require a pre-application submittal and conference prior to formal submittal. The pre-application submittal shall be reviewed by Town staff and consultants prior to scheduling the conference, The conference provides an opportunity for the applicant to meet with Town staff and consultants to learn more about application requirements, review standards, and review procedures.
