Types of Payment

We accept cash, check, money orders, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

Payment Options

Court fines, costs and restitution are expected to be paid in full immediately following your appearance on the day of court. The Court does offer a 30-60 day Stay of Fines (a payment extension plan) which includes an additional $20.00 fee. If payment in full is not made within 30-60 days, a mandatory court appearance is ordered.

  • Traffic Citations - You may pay a traffic citation BEFORE your court date. If the citation is paid in full, you DO NOT need to appear in court.
    • Enclose the blue copy of the citation and payment and mail it to:
