Records Management

The Town Clerk is the official custodian of all public records, except criminal justice records. 

The Town Clerk's Office is responsible for public records and other information, including all resolutions and ordinances that are adopted by the Town Board. 

Requesting Records & Historical Information

Records and information can be requested by submitting an Open Records Request Form to the Town Clerk to initiate a request for public records.

The Town has three (3) working days to process requests, and, in extenuating circumstances, up to seven (7) working days to respond to open records request.
