2024 Spring Clean Up

The Lochbuie Spring Clean Up event is happening on May 17th and 18th from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Lochbuie Waste Water Plant located at 1794 Weld County Rd 39. This is an exclusive event for Lochbuie residents only, and we encourage you to mark your calendars! 

To participate, residents must pick up their vouchers from the Lochbuie Town Hall starting on April 1st. Remember to bring proof of residency, such as a utility bill or driver's license, to receive your voucher. Each household can receive up to 2 vouchers, and each voucher is good for 1 load. 

Please be sure to bring your voucher to the drop-off location along with your unwanted items. Accepted items include household waste, furniture, tree branches that are 48 inches or shorter, carpet, microwaves, grass clippings, washers, and dryers, personal home remodel debris, cardboard, mattresses, toilets, sinks, and water heaters. 

However, please note that the following items are NOT accepted: commercial waste, liquids of any kind, rocks, bricks or blocks, explosives, propane tanks, tires, tree stumps, dirt or concrete, electronics, items that contain freon such as refrigerators, chemicals or paints, herbicides or pesticides, smoke alarms, and thermometers.
