Planning Commission

PURPOSE:  Sec. 2-7-20

This Article is adopted in order to promote the general health, safety and welfare of the Town; secure safety from fire, panic, flood water and other dangers; provide adequate light and air; prevent overcrowding of the land and undue concentration of population; facilitate the adequate provision of transportation, water, sewerage, schools, parks and other public requirements; promote the best and most efficient expenditure of public funds for such public facilities; and conserve the value of land in the Town.  (Prior code §28-1-1; Ord. 397 §2, 2003) 

The Planning Commission members are as follows:
