BLOTTER:

Over the past few weeks the Lochbuie Police Department has seen a significant increase in vehicle trespass and vandalism calls. The majority of the violations have occurred on vehicles that were left unlocked or with items of value inside. This practice encourages this type of behavior and the Police Department advises against it. Please lock your vehicle and remove your valuables from them. If you witness any suspicious behavior, please call 911 immediately. The Police Department asks for your help in preventing these crimes and helping catch the person(s) responsible.

As a reminder, the curfew for children under the age of 18 is 10:00 p.m. during the summer months. Once school resumes, the curfew is lowered to 9:00 pm, including weekends. Curfews are established to keep the children of Lochbuie safe. Parents, please do you part to help us keep the kids of our community safe.
